TapKit Launcher Support
For help with TapKit Launcher or a question about your information, contact Benjamin Scott at benjaminscott193@gmail.com.
Get help with the app
Use the subject “TapKit Launcher — Support” and describe what happened and what you expected to happen. If possible, include your device model, Android version, and TapKit Launcher version. A screenshot can help, but please remove unrelated personal information before sending it.
Do not send passwords or payment information.
Change your default home app
Open your device settings and look for the default apps or home app settings. Select the home app you want to use. The exact settings path depends on your device manufacturer and Android version.
Request access, correction, or deletion
You can email benjaminscott193@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by us in connection with TapKit Launcher.
For a deletion request, use the subject “TapKit Launcher — Data Deletion Request.” Describe the information you want deleted, such as a previous support conversation. If the request concerns an email exchange, sending it from the same address can help us locate the conversation.
You can make a request from outside the app. You do not need to reinstall TapKit Launcher. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your request and identify the relevant records. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.
TapKit Launcher does not provide user accounts. There is no TapKit Launcher account to close, but you can still ask us to delete personal information you have sent to us, including support emails.
Local information and retained records
To reset local app data, open Android settings, find TapKit Launcher in the app list, and use the option to clear its storage. This resets locally stored launcher settings. It does not delete the original contacts, photos, or other files maintained outside the launcher. Copies or backups managed by another service must be managed separately.
We retain support correspondence while it is needed to answer a request, resolve an ongoing issue, or meet an applicable legal obligation. We delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Clearing app storage or uninstalling TapKit Launcher does not automatically delete emails you have sent to us.
If an applicable legal requirement prevents us from deleting particular information, we will explain what must be kept, why it must be kept, and for how long.
For more information about how data is handled, please read our Privacy Policy.
